A store decides to start a contest to sell off 60,000 Christmas lights, ordered by accident. The competition soon causes unrest among the locals, but the store's owner, Diane, wants to keep what has become a very profitable competition going, at all costs.

A talented pastry chef, accidentally commits to hosting her family for the holidays, she poses as the wealthy homeowner in order to impress them. Everything is fine, until everyone's secrets are exposed and relationships begin to unravel.

Everyone on Sesame Street is preparing for Christmas: Bert and Ernie exchange gifts in a "The Gift of the Magi" fashion, Cookie Monster wants to get his most desired treat this year, and Big Bird worries when Oscar tells him that if Santa Claus can't fit down the chimney on Christmas Eve, nobody would get presents. Luckily for him, Grover and Kermit the Frog (along with some interviewed kids) decide to help with his investigation, but when Big Bird decides to take matters into his own hands, all of Sesame Street is thrown into a mad dash to find him.

A woman returns to old Vilnius in search of her grandmother’s house, only to find a city rapidly erasing the past in favor of the future. She wanders the changing streets and encounters colorful local characters – but as night falls, reaching her goal becomes increasingly difficult. The film is a poetic meditation on constant movement and a longing to belong.
